Jessica and Amanda worked closely with me on our recent e-newsletter projects and website redesign project. And Maxine Wang was involved as our sales liaison. Throughout the entire project, Baytech Web Design team worked with us closely to ensure that we were completely satisfied. The project tasks were outlined clearly from the beginning and they worked hard to ensure we met our relatively tight deadline. In addition, our Project Manager was very accessible. She always responded promptly to our questions and concerns and made sure that we were truly happy with the solution.

The development of the site was far more complex than we imagined. However, we are so pleased with the finished product. The custom features that Baytech Web Deisgn developed for us based on our brainstorming sessions are some of the highlights of our new site.

The turnaround time on our changes and issues was amazing. I would literally type in an issue found on the site and within minutes, I could see the changes already implemented on the front end.

Our PM was always friendly, reliable and extremely accessible. She has the ability to resolve problems and answer questions (no matter how silly) without making the client feel uneducated. I would definitely request her services again.
